Booking guidelines

• Pick-up Window: Equipment must be picked up Monday through Friday during Fraser Library open hours. Bookings not picked up will be cancelled and returned to the general pool and available for other patrons on a first come, first served basis. 
  • Booked equipment can only be picked up and borrowed by the person who made the booking. 
  • SFU ID card must be present, and borrower’s ID must match the name on the booking.
• Booking Frequency: Each type of equipment can only be booked once per week.
• Advance Booking: Bookings can be made up to 14 days in advance.
• Minimum Notice: All bookings must be made at least 1 day in advance.
